Sales manager

- Create a network of partners/dealers and installers nationwide
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet targets.
- Conduct product presentations to clients, partners, key accounts, organizations (government and non-government) etc.
- Update and implement sales policies and procedures.
- Create sales promotions, consumer incentive programs to increase product engagement
- Monitor accounts and product performance
- Spearhead training, activities, events that will drive sales and product recognition
- Conceptualize business development activities.
- Work with other departments (Service, Marketing, Logistics etc.) to increase sales and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must have both sales and managerial experience.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in Sales Engineering/ Technical or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in water pumps, controls, motors, solar energy, and related products is an advantage.

- To be the key person to sell and promote our products for the assigned regions.
- To scout new leads and turn them into proactive company partners for the assigned regions.
- Activate existing partners to generate more leads and sales.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related business and technical course.

- Has strong communication and business acumen skills.
- Sales target achiever, self-starter, and motivated.
- Willing to travel domestically at any given time to scout potential leads, develop new market per region, present company product portfolio, and handle existing partners.

- With a technical background on the solar water pump or willing to be trained.

RETAIL OFFICER

- Meet and exceed determined sales plans and target metric objectives for Store Consignments such as depot and big hardware accounts, E-commerce sites and other online sales channels.
- Assess consumers’ perceptions and challenges, providing expert guidance on products and solutions that fit their needs
- Find, Identify and check new prospect stores/depot for product consignment
- Lead in processing requirements and other documentations relative to the application for store listing
- Conducts regular store visitation, and ensure that store space, display shelves and demo units is secured and properly maintained.
- Facilitate and maintain proper inventory controls, movement and other inventory transactions are recorded
- Consistently monitor status of E-commerce sites and online sales channels for client inquiries, and engagement on offered promotions.
- Ensure that all sales transactions are timely processed and delivered.
- Train sales staffs/ promodisers on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT/Computer Science, Agriculture, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related business and technical course.
- With 2-3 years of sales experience in handling solar water pumps, solar products, agriculture, hardware products, or any relevant industries.
- With technical background on solar water pumps an advantage but not required.
