Sales manager

- Create a network of partners/dealers and installers nationwide
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet targets.
- Conduct product presentations to clients, partners, key accounts, organizations (government and non-government) etc.
- Update and implement sales policies and procedures.

- Monitor accounts and product performance

Technical Service Manager

- Collaborates with the technical service team to create strategic plans to deliver quality services for clients and customers.
- Ensures that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding delivery of service.
- Ensures correct elevation of issues and proper communication to the manufacturer’s technical support team and in turn, communicated to the clients & customers.
- Develops a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.

- Be able to explain basic installation principles during technical queries
- Help partners and customers troubleshoot installations
- Be able to test returned items and repair through spare parts replacement
- Perform hydraulic testing in our facility
- Support sales and marketing activities through product demonstrations
- Qualifications
- Must know typical water supply system - water pump, tank, controller, sensor, pipes and fittings
- Has experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair for both surface and submersible pump
- Must be familiar with multi-tester, insulation tester, etc.
