1.   Bluetooth Connectivity

The LORENTZ pumpSCANNER is a powerful tool that works with your smartphone to perform diagnostics on your solar water pump system. Using this app, you can quickly identify any potential issues, ensuring the system is working efficiently. It’s a quick, easy way to assess performance and keep your pump operating at its best.

• LORENTZ Assistant:

LORENTZ Assistant now offers PSk3 customers the ability to upload pump controller data to LORENTZ Global for consolidated, long-term data viewing. This feature simplifies sharing data across your organization, providing easy access to historical information and aiding in support and troubleshooting.

This upload feature is free to use for all LORENTZ account holders. LORENTZ partners can create customer accounts for users who wish to utilize this feature. It complements our real-time management and monitoring service, where pump data is automatically transmitted via PS Commander / PS Communicator, allowing customers to monitor their pumps from any internet-connected device. ​

2.   NFC (Near Field Communication) 
The LORENTZ smartTAP is an off-grid water dispensing and management system which enables revenue collection, water entitlement and sustainable water provision. This system is made possible by the LORENTZ smartTAP Tag. 

LORENTZ smartTAP Tag securely holds customers water credit and identification. Tags can be recharged by a local water seller or charged directly using mobile money. The water dispensers add and reduce credits.  

3.   Cloud: LORENTZ Global – Cloud based remote monitoring and management 
​With LORENTZ Global, you get real-time insights from one easy-to-use management screen. Plan ahead, reduce risks and losses, and save time and money by minimizing maintenance visits.  

Remote Monitoring, Management, and Receiving of Alerts with LORENTZ Global, your solar water pump system becomes fully connected through the Communicator or Commander. This allows for remote monitoring, management, and receiving alerts about your system’s status. You can know when the system is down before your customer does, enabling you to respond faster and more effectively. With real-time alerts and detailed data, you can ensure that the right tools, staff, and parts are prepared for on-site repairs, significantly reducing response times and improving service quality. 

PS Commander - is a solar-powered cellular or satellite gateway that connects your pump controller to the LORENTZ Global cloud platform. It enables two-way communication between the pump system and LORENTZ Global, ensuring real-time monitoring and management.
